On behalf of UNIBO’s Department of Interpreting & Translation the Laboratory for Multilectal Mediated Communication and Cognition presents the DIT’s 2020-21 lectures series Food for Thought on Cognitive Translation & Intepreting Studies.

All lectures will be by MC2 Lab members in English, online, through Zoom, on Thursdays at 12:30 CET/CEST,
once a month.

15/04/2021 – Sun Sanjun – Text complexity and translation difficulty
13/05/2021 – Álvaro Marín García (The making of translation experts), Sandra Halverson (First, fast, and frequent: what makes some translation choices easy?), Round table and closing remarks Ricardo Muñoz (The MC2 Lab as a hub for many a research enterprise)
