Chen Sijia
Associate professor at the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, China, and Honorary Research Fellow in the Department of Linguistics at Macquarie University, Australia. Prof Chen teaches interpreting, general translation, and audiovisual translation courses. Her main research interests include cognitive translation and interpreting studies, translation and interpreting technology, and audiovisual translation. Prof Chen investigates the cognitive aspects of translation and interpreting using eye tracking, pen recording, psychometrics, and think-aloud techniques.
