Ramón Garrido Nombela
Translator and reviser for the Translation and Interpreting Service (Oficina de Interpretación de Lenguas) of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Co-operation. He was formerly member of the Translation Service of the European Commission (1986-2000, in Brussels and Luxembourg). He has done freelance work for several international institutions such as the European Central Bank and Interpol. Formerly lecturer in legal translation, among other subjects, at Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Madrid) and also in the Master’s Programme of Intercultural Communication at Universidad de Alcalá de Henares.
