Author  Ana María Rojo López

Professor of Translation at the University of Murcia (Spain). Her current research interests focus mainly on the study of the translation process, with special emphasis on the role of emotions, creativity and other personality and individual differences. Her interests also lie within audience reception analysis and the contributions of cognitive linguistics to translation studies. An affiliate of the MC2 Lab, she currently coordinates a research project on emotions and translation based on the study of the translation and interpreting process through cortisol analysis, heart rate variability measurement, eye-tracking, facial recognition and reaction time analysis.
