Josep Miquel Ramis Llaneras
Holds a degree in Translation and Interpretation and a PhD in Translation Studies from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona. He has completed research stays at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, the Université Paris IV-Sorbonne, and the ENST Bretagne. He is a member of the TRILCAT research group and he has taught at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, the Universitat Oberta, and nowadays at the Universitat de Barcelona. His research interests are contemporary Catalan literature and literary translation and reception, especially self-translation, on which he has published different articles and a book (Autotraducció. De la teoria a la pràctica, 2014).
